1. Services & Property Access

Clients agree to provide safe, clear access to all designated yard and property service areas during scheduled service windows (including unlocking gates, securing pets, and removing obstacles or toys).

2. Estimate Validity & E-Signatures

Written estimates remain valid for 30 calendar days from issuance unless otherwise specified. Approval via electronic signature, typed name, or customer portal checkbox constitutes a legally binding agreement for the scope of work described.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule routine visits up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled service window without penalty. Weather-related delays handled by Tree Yard Turf & Earth will be rescheduled for the next available service window without administrative fee.
